Are you looking forward to feeling healthy and energized this Ramadan? Join this
session to learn tips on how to stay healthy during Ramadan. This session will go
over types of foods to eat for suhoor and iftar as well as tips on how to stay active
during Ramadan.

About Nazima:

Nazima Qureshi is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Personal Trainer
with a Masters of Public Health in Nutrition and Dietetics. Nazima believes in living
a healthy lifestyle that includes enjoying all foods as well as enjoying being
physically active. She uses a non-diet approach (which always includes dessert!) to
help others achieve a healthier lifestyle.
